“Stems from the Osprey Eagle, A fast, agile bird of prey which is not indigenous to South Carolina, yet has made SC its home. The technology for Osprey Rail is used around the world and I intend to make my home state of South Carolina the first state in the USA to use all of its benefits to lift South Carolina to levels unrealized in our state's history.”
